Condi and Hill is a cartoon done in a juvenile drawing style.  The cartoon is based on the fantasy that if two women conspired to earn the democratic and republican nominations, it would guarantee the election of the first woman president of the United States.  Saturday morning cartoons and live-action shows from my childhood (She-ra and Wonder Woman, for instance) influenced the style of Condi and Hill.

My own best friend; digitally manipulated found video

 My Own Best Friend consists of four video loops.  Footage from the last episode of Sex and the City is digitally manipulated so that Carrie is speaking to herself, listening to herself, looking for herself, and comforting herself.  In the “Cab” loop, Mr. Big was originally in the cab that passes behind Carrie.  He has been digitally replaced, frame-by-frame, with Carrie herself.
