Four-Channel Video Installation

Panic Attack consists of four video loops. The loops were painstakingly created by replacing images frame-by-frame.

Footage from the last episode of the season finale of Sex and the City was altered. The protagonist, Carrie, is now speaking to herself, looking at herself, and searching for herself. The original footage had her speaking to, looking at, and searching for male characters.

Two of the loops is shown below. In the first clip, the character in the car was originally "Mr. Big". In the second clip, the character Carrie is speaking to was originally "Alex".
